Select a repair facility that you feel comfortable with, notify your insurance company, or ask the centre to call on your behalf.
No. Time is a valuable commodity. Spend it wisely. In fact, you do not need to get more than one estimate as long as that one estimate is approved by your insurance company. However, your insurance adjuster may have to inspect the damage. This can be done at an insurance drive-in claim centre or at the centre you have chosen.
